Best Keto Brownies – Only 1 Carb Net

INGREDIENTS
10 tbsp butter (I used salted butter)
42 grams bakers unsweetened chocolate (equal to 6 blocks of bakers chocolate)
1 cup erythritol (I used Swerve sweetener)
6 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup almond flour
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp liquid stevia
2 whole eggs

1.Preheat oven to 350 degress

2.Line an 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper

3.Microwave bakers chocolate and cocoa butter for about 2 minutes. Add butter and microwave for an additional 45 seconds

4.Add erythritol, stevia, vanilla, cocoa powder and salt to mixture; combine

5.After mixture has cooled slightly, add eggs one at a time

6.Add almond flour half a cup at a time (makes it easier to combine!)

7.Pour into baking pan and spread evenly; bake 29 minutes at 350. Check brownies for doneness with toothpick at 24 minutes (oven temps often vary)

8.Transfer to cooling rack my lifting up edges of parchment paper; cool for 5 minutes

9.Once cooled, place on cutting board and portion into 16 brownies
